
Campaign Analyst

Applies specialty area as Campaign Analyst to design and implement data driven marketing campaigns. Track, analyze and leverage data to optimize campaigns and drive additional revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with digital, product and marketing team to automate and integrate the campaign into the customer journey to maximize customer experience, optimize process and eliminate manual campaign execution and fulfilment.
- Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. This is a critical role which has direct impact to customer and business through the quality and timeliness of the tasks/services provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with business partners on campaign related activities which includes designing customer journey, exploring system solutions, implementing, tracking, and providing optimization strategies to drive revenue opportunities.
- This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which include data analysis, database management, process, controls, and cube maintenance.
- Requires understanding of system integrations, process involved and able to collaborate with technology team for execution and launches of new initiatives and enhancement.
- Ensuring adherence to data governance, security, and processes in place to safeguard client's information to avoid business implications.
- Responsible for routine operational or administrative work related to Campaigns BAU deliverable, daily data maintenance and leads upload, Infrastructure and System Capabilities.
- Timely daily deliverable of routine and defined outputs or report generation, while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed.
**Qualifications**:
- 6 years relevant experience in data with basic SQL knowledge.
- Ability to understand system integration and logical thinking to address business challenges with innovative data driven solutions.
- Requires attention to detail, when making judgments and recommendations of customer journey design based on the analysis of information.
- Adaptive to change management, excellent communication & interpersonal skills and detailed oriented.
- Experience in Project management from data solutions perspective
- Preferred working experience in quantitative field, Financial or banking industry, hands-on experience on any analytic tools (Ex. SAS, SQL, TIBCO)
- Adobe analytics, advanced coding experience and Tableau knowledge are a plus.
**Education**:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
