- Department: Commercial- Location: Singapore- We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientated Senior Analyst / Analyst to support our deal hunting and flash sale channel operations for Lazada Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing and aiding to optimize campaign and flash sales channel performance. This position provides excellent exposure to commercial topics and platform operations, as well as opportunities to influence key business outcomes. With daily campaigns and activities on our platform to deliver great deals to our buyers, as well as help our sellers grow their businesses, you will be an integral part of driving growth and efficiency in the business by owning key workstreams and executing on key projects that span different functions and business units.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning: Decide on key parameters for system set-up, taking into consideration sales targets and campaign/channel objectives, defining criteria and guidelines for best practices and deal hunting.
- Execution: Work closely with commercial category teams to source & select assortment to ensure strong deal pool for customers during campaigns and/or within the channel.
- Operations: Own and operate internal tools including the deal hunting tool to receive, review and slot deal submissions from the sellers and/or commercial team.
- Analytics: Performance analysis & monitoring of key sales and traffic metrics to provide insights and identify key levers to improve performance.
- Coordination: Aid in project management support as well as coordinate with stakeholders throughout the organization on key deliverables, where applicable.
- Others: Assist in UATs of new program initiatives, and stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging mechanics in e-commerce operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study.
- 1-3 years of working experience with preferable experience in e-commerce operations, or in a retail or consumer goods environment
- Have ability to work both independently and within a team
- Organized, meticulous, and driven, with good communication as well as interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with dealing with numbers and operational work
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint). Knowledge of SQL is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work & learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities as well as dealing with ambiguity
