**Roles & Responsibilities**

You will be part of the team that supports the logistics functions of a Hospital. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure that supplies are provided efficiently to the hospital.
- Support the store and logistics operations
- Carry out stock level reviews for store and user locations
- Handle goods issue and return transactions
- Liaise with suppliers on replenishment of supplies to store, including quality and supply issues
- Conduct product expiry date check on both stock and non-stock items
- Assist in periodic supplier evaluation
- Ensure inventory accuracy through annual stock take, periodic cycle count and discrepancy investigation
- Maintain SAP information in Material Management module
- Help to set up new ward when required
- Provide support during mass casualty incidents or other emergency situations
- Perform any other duty as assigned by Reporting Officer

**Job Requirements**
- Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details and numbers
- Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels
- Familiarization with SAP/WMS is an added advantage
