Our business development team is the backbone of our strategic expansion efforts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare marketing. Your day-to-day will look like this:

- Engaging in sales and business development activities to drive revenue and client acquisition.
- Visit clinics and hospitals to build relationships and acquire new clients
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team for lead generation
- Spearhead efforts to expand our local and regional presence, identifying new market opportunities and establishing Sustainable Growth Experts as a leader in healthcare marketing.
- Actively pursue new accounts, leveraging your expertise in deal closing to grow our client base.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Proven track record in direct sales, with a strong track record in business development and deal closing. (Fresh grads are welcome if you're hungry for a sales career)
- Proven experience in direct sales (pharma sales, b2b sales of any kind)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with managers and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to obtaining new accounts and expanding our business footprint

- Starting base salary of SGD$3800 (depending on experience)
- **High and recurring commissions (Up to $12k a month)**:
