As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client base, shaping the future of business development, and contributing to our meaningful mission of advocating for ‘Mental Wellness, First.’ Your Daily ZOALA Experience Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, attract new clients, and enhance service offerings. Analyze data and market trends to uncover new opportunities for expansion, and adjust strategies to maximize success. Partner with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that resonate with prospective clients and align with sales targets. Innovate and develop competitive pricing strategies that keep us ahead in the industry while maintaining profitability. Build and nurture meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering loyalty. Recommend new products and services to clients, ensuring they stay engaged and receive maximum value from our offerings. Represent Zoala at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building our presence and connecting with potential clients. Take ownership of identifying challenges that may hinder sales performance, addressing them head-on with innovative solutions. Continuously gather feedback from clients to refine and enhance our products and services, ensuring they meet evolving needs. The Career Requirements Degree holder (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields). Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or business development role, with a proven ability to build strategic partnerships and close deals. Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills. Able to confidently deliver presentations and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
