Business Assistant to CEO

**A. Main Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to understand industry and client needs
- Manage client relations by working closely with existing and potential customers and partners
- Prepare proposals, pricing, administration documentation and presentation materials
- Support the CEO in meeting business objectives and to undertake additional cross-functional duties and projects as assigned

**B. Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline
- Good English and Mandarin communication, both written and verbal
- Strong self-starter with excellent research and data analysis skills
- Able to write proposals and create presentation decks
- High standards of customer service and integrity
- Work on weekends when required (e.g. trade fairs and related events)
- Travel regionally when required (China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia)
