**ASSISTANT DIRECTOR**
**(WINE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING)**
Permanent Part Time
(min 21 hours over 3 weekdays Per Week)
**Required to work in our office at Boon Lay Way**
**_*Hourly Rate : UP TO $25 Per Hour _**
**_*Quaterly Incentive with Good Performance Achievement _**
**Responsibilities**
- Directly assist Director for all aspect of Wine Business Development & Marketing related to Wines Events & Wine Clienteles
- Mainly focus & assist in constant liasing with existing customers and active in sourcing & new customers : F&B trade customers & corporate/ Private Clientele
- Must assist in setting up meetings with different clienteles
- Support all documentations and drafting of business proposals & implementation of all marketing works related to wines
- Work closely with Director to meet sales target and support & contribute ideas of wine sales strategies
- Responsible for constant development of different promotional campaigns for different brandings with product on our own company e-commerce platforms and social medias
- Assiting in regular innovative postings on different social media platforms to create Products awareness
- Participate and Assist in all wine related events
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Good knowledge & experience in marketing strategies, concepts & analysitical skill
- "WSET" Certificate with Basic Wine Knowledge is a plus
- Determined personality and be able to work indepentantly & very Pleasant Personality
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Words /Excel/Powrpoint)
- Proficient in Canva / Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software is a plus
