- Involve in full software development life cycle with primary focus on roadmap planning, requirement specification, systems design & integration.
- Plan software tasks which includes prioritization of work and coordination of resources to meet project plan
- Define project baselines
- Monitor software development progress
- Recruit and build a team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation. Train, guide and mentor development team in day-to-day functions.
- Identify training requirements for the team
- Define the technological strategy with the development team
- Perform technical risk management and mitigation
- Oversees technical design documentation process for correctness and timeliness
- Ensure completion of high quality of deliverables
- Support presales activities providing technical solution and design. Develop and implement POC.

**Requirements**:

- a) Degree in computer science, computer engineering or information technology
- b) At least 8 years of software development (Java track preferred) environment and Agile/Scrum Development Methodology.
- c) At least 2 years’ hands-on team lead experience i.e. provide technical guidance to junior to senior developers, plan the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and assign tasks to developers, code review with the developers, etc
- d) Experience in drafting bid proposal / reply to RFP with technical specification and costing is advantageous.
- e) Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with overseas customers in particularly China.
- f) Project management skills, experience and certifications is advantageous.
- g) Knowledge of the following skillset:
