**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract new customers

**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a salon manager or in a similar leadership role within the beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of salon services and current beauty trends
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in basic administrative and financial tasks (e.g., scheduling, POS systems, inventory control)
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Minimum diploma in Business Management, Beauty Therapy, or related field (preferred but not strictly required)
