About Us
Beauty Bar Parlour is a modern and stylish nail & beauty destination located in the heart of Elias Road. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences, high-quality nail and beauty services, and a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff.
We are now looking for a passionate and driven Salon Manager to join our team and lead daily operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and appointment management.
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of nail technicians and front-desk staff.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues to maintain excellent service standards.
Manage inventory, product orders, and supplier relationships.
Track sales, monitor performance, and implement marketing or promotional campaigns.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the salon's services and customer experience.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Salon Manager or in a supervisory role within the beauty industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of nail services, beauty trends, and salon operations.
Ability to manage budgets, sales targets, and staff performance.
Familiarity with booking/POS systems (preferred).
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality.
