We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and experienced Hair Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of stylists, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep industry knowledge and a passion for beauty and client satisfaction.

Salon Operations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the salon to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage salon supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Team Management
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise hairstylists, assistants, and front desk staff.
  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure proper coverage during operating hours.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Resolve staff issues and promote a positive work environment.
Customer Service
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address client complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor customer service standards and client retention.
  • Implement initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Sales & Marketing
  • Monitor sales performance and set goals for the salon and staff.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Promote retail products and salon services to maximize revenue.
Hair Services
  • Perform a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, blowouts, and treatments.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend styles, and suggest products or services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
Salon Duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend and sell retail hair products and salon services.
  • Participate in team meetings, salon promotions, and training sessions.
  • Assist with front desk duties (if needed), including scheduling and payment processing.
Administrative Duties
  • Manage appointment booking systems and point-of-sale software.
  • Handle budgets, payroll, financial reports, and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Monitor and manage expenses to meet financial targets.
