As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to lead our team and enhance our service offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty salon.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage salon inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Plan and implement promotions to increase footfall and sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a beauty salon, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian beauty services such as threading, waxing, facials, henna, and hair treatments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for beauty and wellness.
