Collaborate with Enterprise Account sales manager to support on multi-country opportunities.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective projects.
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
Drive sales enablement & serve as a point of engineering contact for design validation & customer facing workshops.
Drive Lifecycle Solution innovation - Growth through LRP (Integrated Solution, ACVS); define, implement & track
Solution Portfolio Leadership-Drive 3rd party Ecosystem development & building Industry Solution Playbooks.
Generate and analyze sales data and reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights.
**What we look for**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in IBMS (Control, Fire & Security) Solution Engineering domain,
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to own, drive and run new projects.
Understanding of Pre & Post Sales Engineering practices and able to drive consistency in complex global situations.
Familiarity with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas.
Excellent PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Willingness to travel.
Experience of working with globally distributed teams & matrixed environment
