**Description of Job Duties**:
1. Manage and develop strong relationship with key vendors and suppliers, dealing with any potential issues and concerns.

2. Establish new relationships with Subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve pricing and quality of work.

3. Responsible for supplier and contract negotiations which involve understanding and knowledge of commercials and competitive pricing packages related to buildings project.

4. Ensure projects purchases are made in timely, flexible, accurate and cost effective way.

5. Issues purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for jobs.

6. Research new materials for design and cost savings.

7. Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver on-going cost reductions and process simplification.

8. Strategic and operational procurement activities to support various construction projects such as HDB flats, executive condominium (EC), commercial building and etc.

9. Assist in settling invoice or contract disputes.

10. Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.

**Requirement**:

- At least Bachelor Degree/Diploma with relevant working experience
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and work with various levels.
- Able to work independent
- Able to start work within short notice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
