**Working Location: Tuas Shipyard**

As a Purchasing Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for our operations. You will work closely with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining the highest quality standards.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for sourcing / buying the right materials as assigned by Purchasing Manager.
- Evaluate suppliers’ offer to ensure they meet technical and commercial specifications.
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price.
- Raise Purchase Orders. Track and ensure timely delivery.
- Support the purchasing functions and communicate any supply problem with suppliers.
- Resolve any supply, quality and invoicing issues with suppliers.
- Ensure department KPI is met.
- To undertake other tasks as directed by Purchasing Manager.
- 2 Years above with relevant working experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage time effectively and priorities tasks.
