- Flow Goods**

Job Summary: The Lighting Sales Channel Manager - “Flow Goods” of Lighting Products is responsible for driving sales growth measure by quarterly and yearly and managing the distribution of lighting products through trade channels, including wholesalers, distributors, and contractors. This role requires a deep understanding of the lighting industry, a strong network in the trade sector, and the ability to develop strategic relationships to expand market reach and increase sales. This role reports directly to the ASEAN Regional General Manager and is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the wider organization, including marketing, procurement, and sales support. Some regional travel ASEAN Countries Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia may need, Based in Singapore. **Applications with Lighting Sales Experience is a must.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lighting Sales Strategy Development**:i) Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the market share and profitability of lighting flow goods across trade channels. Ii) Identify and pursue new business opportunities with wholesalers, distributors, and contractors in both local and regional markets.

**2.Lighting Channel Partner Management**: i) Manage key relationships with existing trade channel partners, ensuring they are well-supported and motivated to sell the company's lighting products. ii) Develop and nurture relationships with new distributors and contractors to expand the sales network.

**3. Lighting Sales Growth & Targets**: i) Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for lighting products within trade channels. ii) Work closely with the marketing team to ensure trade-specific promotions and advertising materials are effectively reaching the target market.

**4.Lighting Competitions & Pricing Positioning**i) Capture competitor pricing activity, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions about product distribution and sales strategies. Ii) Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market conditions while maximizing profitability.

**5. Lighting Customer Relationship Management**: i) Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (wholesalers, retailers, contractors), ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Ii) Address customer issues or complaints promptly, ensuring resolution to maintain strong business relationships.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**1. Lighting Experience**: i) 5+ years of experience in sales of Flow Goods (Lighting). with a focus on trade channels, ideally in the lighting or construction industries. ii) Proven track record of successfully managing trade channel relationships and achieving sales targets.

**2. Lighting Industry Knowledge**: i) Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies, and industry trends. Ii) Familiarity with the various trade channels in the lighting industry (wholesalers, distributors, contractors, retailers).

**3. Lighting Chanel Expertise**: i) Deep channel expertise within not only Singapore, but also the wider ASEAN region (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Philippines).

**4. Lighting Flow Sales Skills**: i) Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ii) Ability to drive results through channel partners and develop mutually beneficial partnerships.

**5. Communication Skills**: i) Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to present product information clearly and verbally to both technical and non-technical business Partners. ii) Strong presentation skills for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
