**About Our Client**:
Our client is a global law firm that provides a wide range of legal services to clients around the world. Formed in 2005, the firm has since grown to become one of the largest law firms in the world operating in more than 40 countries.
- Manage billing process for the department, including preparing and sending invoices, ensuring accuracy of billing information, and resolving any billing discrepancies
- Review time and expense reports submitted by lawyers and other staff members, and make any necessary adjustments
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Prepare reports and analysis of billing data for management as required
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and other staff members, including preparing correspondence, maintaining electronic and paper files, and managing schedules and calendars
- Liaise with clients to obtain billing and payment information as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Diploma in Accountancy or related fields
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of billing and invoicing procedures
- Experienced in SAP system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with lawyers, staffs and clients
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
