Job Scope
- Maintain and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
- Contact customers for rescheduling of delivery
- Collaborate with team members to evaluate lapse, rectify, and recommend changes.
- Efficiently manage and control inventory to meet customer demands.
- Responsibly handle customer inquiries from multiple communication platforms.
- Drive an exceptional customer service experience, offering product knowledge and
assistance throughout the customers’ journey.
- Manage and own the customer service phone during operational hours.
- Manage and own the return process.
- Update customer service log and ensure accuracy.
- Review data and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure all stakeholders in assigned accounts are managed timely and professionally.
- Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements
- Able to work 5.5 days work week
- Diploma in Logistics, supply chain, business administration, finance or equivalent
- At least 2 years working experience with transport distribution or first/last mile delivery operations.
- Good PC and keyboard skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Experience in CRM
- Working knowledge in supply chain fulfilment, ground distribution and first/last mile operations
- Familiar with Singapore traffic rules and conditions
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
