**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute our e-commerce strategy, including online sales campaigns, promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
- Optimize the user experience across our e-commerce platforms, ensuring intuitive navigation, compelling product presentations, and streamlined checkout processes.
- Analyze website performance, traffic patterns, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Manage product listings, inventory management, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring prompt and professional handling of inquiries, complaints, and order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration between online and offline operations.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the interior design or home furnishings industry.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in optimizing user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
