**Your mission**:
For our recently opened office in Singapore, we are looking for a **PROJECT ASSISTANT**

Are you a customer-oriented, pragmatic, and energetic individual with excellent relationship building skills? Do you enjoy working collaboratively as part of an effective team to reach goals, solve problems and make decisions? If so, EMSERE is seeking a Project Assistant to join our fast-growing organization.

**What will you do?**
As a Project Assistant, you will support our project managers with setup, maintenance, and finalization of projects within the organization. Your responsibilities will include creating initial client quotes, assisting with client invoicing, maintaining and updating project management processes, creating required client reports, and maintaining relationships with clients and their representatives. You will work collaboratively with colleagues locally and globally, such as Project Managers, Procurement, Finance, and Quality Assurance. Every day will be different

**Your profile**:
You will contribute to the team because you have good organization skills, are a team player, can be creative in your solutions and possess the ability to be resilient. To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent working proficiency, we prefer at least two years of relevant work experience, are looking for a team member with strong computer skills, and excellent communication skills in English (verbal and writing).
