Responsible for NetEase’s overseas game operation and management
- Responsible for connecting the team with game studios and coordinating the operations of the games before and after their official launch
- Create operation strategies for the target regions, oversee user and community operations, and establish ecosystems for the games.
- Lead the team to establish game-oriented KOL partnerships, community management plans, and brand partnerships, and drive traffic to the games

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree or above. At least 5 years of overseas game operation experience.
- At least 2 years of team management experience. Experience in establishing overseas teams preferred
- Familiar with the products, markets, and users in Southeast Asia. Success in operating overseas products
- Excellence in English. Excellence in data analysis, logical thinking, communication skills, and request management.
- Excellence in leadership, motivating others, project management, team management, and knowledge sharing
- Be attentive and active at work. Capable of maintaining a good workflow when under pressure
