The People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programs to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talents. In driving our talent agenda, we are looking for a Manager, Talent Management to shape our talent programmes, with responsibilities over talent assessment, talent review, talent development, succession planning, and programme management.

As an Associate Director, Talent Management, you will:

- Support the design, review, and enhancement of framework, strategies and initiatives for management and development of talents in the organisation.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and internal COEs to implement talent and leadership programmes in alignment with the overall talent strategy.
- Plan and execute talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent to meet the talent needs.
- Co-facilitate talent review sessions with key stakeholders to identify and manage high-performing individuals for succession planning and mission-critical roles within the organisation.
- Develop toolkits, guides, and communication materials on the talent programmes for talents, and key stakeholders.
- Gather and analyse data and feedback to measure the effectiveness and impact of our talent programmes.
- A relevant bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Management
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Strong project management/ implementation capabilities and able to follow through
- Ability to assess programme effectiveness and recommend effective solutions to address improvement areas of the talent programmes
- High attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
