Assoc. Director, Service Delivery Transformation

Be accountable for the delivery of the overall transformation program objectives of the business case
- Manage transfomation schedule in alignment with support functions dependencies; Work closely with support functions for on time completion of transition
- Analyze, track and report impact of changes in transformation timelines/ commercials/ support function dependencies on overall transformation (non-commercial impact)
- Act as Single point of contact for any issues, requests and queries at the overall transformation level; Manage risks and resolve issues at the overall Transformation level
- Work jointly with the vendors transition lead to drive the overall Transformation program
- Set up standard processes to be followed throughout the Transformation phases. Establish discipline for compliance to standard processes.
- Coach Transformation managers; conduct periodic review of Transformation progress at function level and provide feedback
- Review and provide approval for tollgates and Transformation deliverables
- Ensure completion of all key deliverables by vendors (e.g., SOW deliverables, exit plan, BCP plan)
- Represent SEB and OE Transformation team at the governance meetings. Drive and co-lead the Transformation Governance

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant working experience
- At least 8 years’ experience (inclusive) in IT outsourcing, Service Delivery Management, Managed Services and Telco environment
- Lead and Drive successful transformation/digitalization project
- Good to have the one of the following:

- ITIL - Foundation
- Service Management
- Partner management
- PMP
