We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of services to our clients. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and meeting client expectations within established service level agreements (SLAs).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor the delivery of services to ensure adherence to SLAs and client expectations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues and risks
- Lead and motivate service delivery teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on service delivery performance and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of service delivery activities
- Identify and implement best practices and industry standards to continuously improve service delivery processes
- Manage and control service delivery budgets and resources

**Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in service delivery management or related field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices
- A good understanding of cloud technologies and solutions
- A good understanding of infrastructure design and implementation in both the server and networking levels
- Any hands on experience in the support and implementation of one or more of the following would be a plus:

- Networking (Firewalls, Switches etc)
- Servers (on-prem)
- Infrastructure services (Active Directory, LDAP etc)
- Operating Systems (Windows, Linux etc)
- Cloud (AWS, Azure etc)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
