You will be involved in quality and risk management programmes that aim to create value for the hospital. You will coordinate the implementation of the Quality and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme which includes the quality work plan, quality performance management, risk assessment exercise, risk facilitation and risk review. As part of building the ERM culture, you will implement appropriate training programmes, engagement activities and communication initiatives to create awareness and develop ERM capability among staff. You will collate and analyse relevant data to highlight trends and areas of focus for review to support evidence-based risk management. In addition, you will provide secretariat and administrative support for various committees and events.

**Job Requirements**
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience in the healthcare industry
- Certification in ERM-related programme will be advantageous
- Experience in coaching and training
- Critical thinking skills with ability to analyse and interpret quantitative data
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- A self-motivated team player with ability to work in a dynamic environment
