**Responsibilies**
- Provide general and administrative support for all retail operations.
- Coordinate the daily activities of inventory management and stock movement such as updating the inventory system, liaising with warehouse and logistics providers, and outlets reordering.
- Provide support on HR-related matters such as staff scheduling/rostering and payroll/overtime forecasting.
- Provide customer support by responding to customer enquiries and feedback.
- Provide support for in-store marketing-related activities.
- Perform retail operations related ad-hoc activities as assigned by supervisor.

**Prerequisites**
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in retail operations, e-commerce operations, and/or administration.
- Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
- Good command of written and spoken English, preferably can communicate in Mandarin.
- Well-organized and able to prioritise work under tight schedule.
- Team player and able to work independently.
- 5.5 workdays
