Job Title: Retail Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our store. As a Retail Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of store activities, including labelling, scanning, storing of goods and quality checks. You will also be required to liaise with internal customer service and production teams to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely labelling, scanning, and storing of goods
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards
- Liaise with internal customer service and production teams to address any issues or concerns
- Assist with stock checks and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
