Job Title

A Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily retail team activities, ensuring efficient store operations and high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision: Coordinate daily tasks and activities of the retail team, including scheduling and task allocation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Store Operations: Maintain high standards for store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
  • Efficiency and Sales: Identify and implement strategies to improve store efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties or projects assigned by Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with products and services offered by the company.
  • Store Operations: Strong understanding of store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
  • Sales: Ability to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficient in Microsoft Excel to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Housekeeping: Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
