**The Role**
We are looking for a Regional Client Relationship Manager, ASEAN & Indian sub continent (ISC) to join our regional Global Forwarding team. The Regional CRM will serve as the internal sales point of contact for designated key and/or strategic accounts within the region. As a key enabler of Global Forwarding’s account management and customer care process, the Regional CRM is responsible for ensuring the overall positive customer experience and managing the delta between customer expectations and performance, working closely with the designated stakeholders (e.g vertical heads) across all regions and divisions of Toll Group.
The position exists to support and develop the business relationships with our key clients in the Region. The position takes an active lead in all commercial areas by using the resources available to own & drive client relationships & satisfaction to grow share of wallet and profitability.
As a Regional Client Relationship Manager, ASEAN & ISC you will:
- Pro-actively manage and develop relationships with your allocated portfolio of customers
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within allocated portfolio, including cross selling
- Develop & implement strategies & tactics to increase revenue flows from the allocated portfolio or to grow newly identified strategic clients for the country/region
- Identify and be alert to new business opportunities within customer organization to generate new revenue opportunities; coordinate with the (Global/Regional) Account Owner to gather information to further qualify the opportunity for pursuit and development
- Maintain data compliance in the CRM to showcase new opportunities (e.g. pipelines, account plans etc)
- Attract new opportunities and develop existing clients to generate additional volume & profit. Build key contact and relationships within Toll Network. Ensure the business works together to align with One Toll strategy
**Qualifications**:
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree/Diploma in transportation/logistics/marketing or above
- 5+ years’ of relevant working experience in development and client relationship building within the Freight Forwarding industry
- Experience in Key Account Management across multiple countries preferred
- High degree of communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills; ability to find core issues and creatively address
- Must be results-orientated with a strong customer orientation and ability to operate effectively at many levels within the organization in a virtual environment
