Our client is a leading digital currency exchange, providing a reliable and secure platform for trading cryptocurrencies. Headquartered in Australia and regulated by MAS, they are currently looking for a driven and experienced BD & Sales manager to join their small, high-performing team and is responsible for the BD and partnerships, especially in APAC.

This role reports into the Head of Sales in Singapore and focused on high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and corporate clients within the Chinese market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and successfully onboard clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Manage a pipeline of high-value sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes affecting sales efforts.
- Use data analytics to monitor sales performance, recommend improvements, and refine strategies.
- Conduct group presentations, webinars, and attend networking events.
- Handle inbound inquiries and onboard clients while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Leverage social media and other lead-generation channels to explore growth opportunities.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Fluent business-level Mandarin (essential).
- At least 5 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in financial services or FX, targeting Chinese clients.
- Passion for cryptocurrency, with the ability to quickly enhance knowledge of the crypto ecosystem. Industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong presentation skills and enthusiasm for outbound sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambition to grow and take on new responsibilities.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and commitment to operating with integrity while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong networking capabilities.
