The Site Supervisor for the Aura Mockup Room is responsible for managing the daily

operations, maintenance, and presentation of the mockup space. This role involves overseeing

the appointed contractors to ensure the setup, functionality, and overall readiness of the

mock-up room to meet brand standards. The Site Supervisor will ensure the room is prepared

for demonstrations, troubleshoot any technical or operational issues, and maintain the room’s

appearance and functionality.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervising the Appointed Contractors to Ensure:
1. Room Setup and Maintenance:

- Oversee the preparation, setup, and resetting of the mockup room for each demonstration or walkthrough.
- Ensure all equipment, furnishings, and presentation materials are built and maintained in top condition and meet brand standards.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure the room is clean, organized, and ready for viewing according to predetermined schedules.

2. Coordination and Scheduling:

- Work with contractors, client and landlords of the development site to coordinate and schedule works for the building and construction of the mockup room.
- Communicate setup requirements with contractors and ensure room preparations align with the specific requirements of each session.

3. Inventory and Asset Management:

- Track usage, wear and tear, and storage of all items in the mockup room to ensure operational readiness and control costs incurred by the Appointed Contractors.

4. Compliance and Safety:

- Uphold health and safety regulations during the building and construction of the mockup room, conducting regular safety checks and keeping records of compliance.
- Ensure that all works, operations and viewings are conducted safely, implementing any necessary preventive measures.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architure or related field
- 10 years Experience with international or remote project assignments is an advantage.
- Supervise workers, ensure task completion, and monitor site safety.
- Oversee contractors, maintain room standards, and ensure functionality.
- Required to relocate to Maldives for the assigned projects.
