**Job Description**:
To monitor and supervise work progression according to the drawings.

Manage and execute project as per the schedule.

Review and align Fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.

Knowledge in M&E and able to Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions.

To attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress.

Plan and lead testing and commissioning of the fire protection systems.

Liaise with regulatory bodies, fire departments, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Follow up with site / authority inspections, defects rectifications of the fire protection works.

Job Requirements
- To assist the Project Manager on overall site works related to Fire Protection and with safety requirements.

Design and engineering of fire protection system.

Supervision of work, liaise with sub-contractors, site supervisors, foremen and workers.

Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants on all matters relating to the project operation and co-ordination.
