Assist Construction Manager to prepare construction materials ordering, delivery of materials, logistics and work schedule,
- Ensuring foremen and workers meet regulatory work requirements.
- Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
- Schedule in accordance with the master and detailed work programme
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
- Handle of technical and engineering problems
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule,
- Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
- Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
- Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures, prepare and file accident reports.
- Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
