**About LinkStudies**:
LinkStudies is a trusted education consultancy based in Singapore, dedicated to supporting international students and Chinese families in navigating the Singapore education system. Since 2006, our founding team has been actively engaged in school placement, tuition, guardianship, homestay, and immigration-related services.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for committed and energetic **Education Consultants**who are bilingual in English and Mandarin, passionate about education, and eager to make a difference for both local and overseas Chinese families.

This position requires strong proficiency in **Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)**, as over 90% of our clients are Chinese-speaking, and our internal systems and daily communications are conducted primarily in Chinese. Applicants **must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese**, including handling written tasks and typing in Chinese. If you are not comfortable working in Chinese, this role may not be suitable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively drive **student recruitment and sales leads**across both B2C (families and students) and B2B (schools and agents) channels
- Provide personalised education consultation and propose suitable study pathways and services to clients
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with parents, local schools, and overseas partner agencies
- Plan and participate in **parent seminars, education fairs, webinars, and community outreach events**:

- Write **2-4 high-quality social media articles per week**(in Chinese) to educate and engage parents on relevant topics
- Support social media content creation across platforms like **Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, WeChat Channels, and Instagram**:

- Take part in **livestream sessions**or short-form video production to promote LinkStudies programs and services
- Liaise with tuition teachers, guardianship coordinators, and immigration advisors to ensure smooth service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both **English and Mandarin**(required)
- Confident, service-minded, and comfortable in a sales-driven, client-facing role
- Familiarity with the Singapore education system is an advantage
- Knowledge of Chinese digital platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin) is preferred
- Strong skills in data visualisation and presenting insights through charts, graphs, and dashboards are a plus.
- Prior experience in education consultancy, tuition centres, or student support roles is a plusPassion for helping students and families achieve their academic goals

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
- Saturday half-days may be required during peak admission seasons
