As the challenges facing the world grow, so do the sustainability needs of Schaeffler in addressing our impact on the environment, society and the economy. Schaeffler Singapore is looking for a Specialist, Sustainability & Energy Management Asia Pacific to achieve our sustainability goals and targets within the area of Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Management of sustainability programs
- Strategy development and implementation of CO2 neutral production processes at Schaeffler production locations in the region Asia Pacific
- Coordination of technical developments for sustainable technologies and locations within the region
- Independent bundling and further development of know-how sharing together within the Global Schaeffler network
- Concept implementation of sustainable resource utilization (energy, material, process media, etc.) within the Schaeffler production system
- Monitor and tracking of the sustainability level of the Schaeffler plants in Asia Pacific
- Collaboration with direct employees and project members
- Conceptualization, standardization, and controlling of various sustainability topics at Schaeffler locations in Asia Pacific (e.g. water usage, packaging materials, accident frequency)

**Your Qualifications**
- Degree in Environmental/Energy Studies, Environmental Engineering, and/or Project Management in relevant field of studies
- Experience in international project management
- Intercultural sensitivity and assertiveness in combination with strong communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm and implementation strength as well as entrepreneurial, strategic and networked thinking & acting
- Pioneer for change combined with unconventional and creative approaches
- Team player and independent, driven and pro-active attitude to support/follow up on project developments
- Knowledge of Sustainability standards, benchmarks and certifications
- Certifications in Lean Management (e.g. Six Sigma Green Belt) are an advantage
- Fresh graduates with an interest in production-related environment are welcome
