Job Title: Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for coordinating data collection processes from data owners across all operations for the sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to collect data for sustainability reporting.
  • Tracking and managing key metrics and initiatives on the ESG pillar, working closely with other relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely submission.
  • Managing the internal database, reviewing and consolidating data for the group.
  • Supporting the preparation of presentation materials and biweekly newsletter.
  • Staying abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Staying informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovative solutions in sustainability.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability initiatives.
  • Assisting with independent research on sustainability-related topics to support teams who may need technical information on certain subject matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience.
  • Diploma in ESG or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD), and best practices.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and results-oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good time management skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent oral, written, and presentation skills in English.
  • Passionate about sustainability-related topics.
