**Responsibilities
**Be an Ambassador of Disruption.**
As one of our future leaders, your responsibility is to live and breathe Disruption and find opportunities amongst the brands we work with to do something less conventional, to change its path and accelerate growth. This includes constantly and creatively looking for new opportunities to grow the business. Change is the new norm and it demands we act smarter and do things differently.
**Maintain agency/client relationship.**
You are the main point of contact for clients on the operational and executional front. You are responsible for managing client’s operational expectations and relationships. Most of all, you will need to do this consistently.
**Make things happen.**
You are responsible for driving project scope, goals and deliverables to ensure efficiency and profitability. As the gatekeeper for deliverables, we expect you to ensure work and briefs are of the right standards. You’ll also be required to analyse issues, develop solutions and oversee production and execution of projects. Part of that entails the risk management of these projects in its production, execution and adaption phases. You have to manage change in project scope and identify potential crisis in order to devise contingency plans. Right-sourcing within teams and supervising the development and management of multiple projects is also a key role of the ABD. You are expected to value-add wherever possible such as in analyzing data and operational checks.
**Manage upwards and downwards.**
You will need to keep your Business Director/Brand Director (ops) informed of the status of your projects, problems, plans and meetings. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior team members including managing of performance, motivating and inspiring the team.
**Profitability.**
You are responsible for seeking opportunities to increase profitability and efficiency of the business. You are expected to lead projects with a strong sense of financial management.
**Job Specifications.
**Education/Professional**

**Knowledge required**
a. Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Project Management
