Singapore SINGAPORE TURF CLUB Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Non-Raceday
- Put forward drafts and recommendations to the Chief Stipendiary Steward for the introduction of new Rules or for changes on existing Rules.
- Attend and monitor trackwork.
- Officiate at Barrier Trials, Official Race Trials and other horse tests.
- Assist with starting Barrier Trials when required.
- Interview and make recommendations on licensees.
- Review and study race films.
- To maintain and update horses' Gear Records / Trial Records, Jockeys' Penalty Records etc.
- Conduct Stable Inspections and Out of Competition etc.
- Officiate at Declarations for Race Meetings.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

Raceday
- Officiate at Race Meetings as a member of Stipendiary Stewards Panel and or in any other official capacity as may be determined by the Local Committee.
- Attend Inquiries into possible infringements of rules and regulations.
- Assist with starting Race Meetings when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree from recognised University preferred) with at least ten years’ relevant experience as a Senior Stipendiary Steward
- A person of high integrity with good knowledge of horseracing.
- Professionals with previous experience in Regulatory, Compliance and/or Investigations are welcome to apply
