Location: 10 mins walk from Botanic Garden MRT

Working hours: 10am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday

**1. Event Management**
- To plan, prepare and provide support for the organisation of school events, mainly in the area of food catering
- Sourcing of suitable caterers/vendors for provision of food catering/refreshment for school events. This includes planning of menu for special diets/allergies
- Working with school admin manager on budget and procurement matters
- Manage logistic requirements
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure events run smoothly
- Work with school stakeholders in organising formal dinners held at external locations and oversee the set up of external venues for events.

**2. School Operations**
- Responsible for the operations of the printing room and manage requests from school staffs, mainly teachers
- Work closely with school exam committee with regards to printing of exam papers and ensure safekeeping of the papers
- Ensure all printing requests are done within the stipulated timing and upkeep tidiness of the room
- Guide teachers & staff in the proper use of printing machines
- Act as POC for on-site technician in the troubleshooting of printing machine
- Will support school's general office at assigned periods to provide customer service and student support at the reception counter
- Support school emergency exercises and other administrative/operational areas.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably have at least 3 years of experience in the following in food catering event and administrative roles
- Proficient in written and spoken english
- Literate in PC (etc. Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Drive)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and have strong organisational skills
