We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to join our team and support the overall well-being of the team at multiple levels - from the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department to ordering office supplies and planning office events. HR & Admin Executive responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining digital personnel records
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Publish and remove job ads
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance Mailing Supplies Equipment Bills Errands Shopping
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as an HR & Admin Executive, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
