Singapore Amazonia Singapore (Wowz Entertainment Pte Ltd) Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, Prepare and execute all internal and/or external Amazonia Singapore events with other key departments
- Planning and overseeing operational set-up, execution, and tear-down of all events
- Selling and servicing Amazonia's Party/Events packages to potential Clients.
- Event categories include but not limited to Amazonia initiated events, celebrations, school groups and parties
- Hosting and Facilitating Parties
- Assist in planning and working closely with supporting departments on manpower requirements
- Assist in Front Counter duties when no events are on-going
- Responsible for book-keeping and administration duties such as compiling and dissemination of Event Orders, collating and preparation of duty name list, purchases and stock checks
- Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager

**Requirements**:

- Well groomed and understand the value of time management
- Proven experience as event coordinator or at prior experience in the events / marketing industry would be advantageous
- Experience is show hosting and entertaining will be advantages
- Enjoys interacting with Children
- Comfortable hosting parties
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- Able to handle stress and remain calm
- Team Leader & Player
- Problem-solving ability
- Min. Diploma / ITE (Higher NITEC) in Performing Arts, Hospitality, Early Childhood, Marketing, Events Management or relevant disciplines.
- Other qualifications with relevant experience are welcomed to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
