**CUSTOMER RELATIONS / OPERATIONS
1) Check in/outof guests. (Overtime required)

2) Follow-up on maintenance issues raised

3) Attend to tenant's complaint and action/resolve it

4) Attend to contractor's onsite maintenance work

5) Attend to SP Group or StarHub technician onsite

6) Routine maintenance inspection of our premises

7) Assists with viewing of apartments for potential clients

8) Handle onsite emergencies

9) Any ad-ho0c work ie,
- Assist to move furniture (change of bed configuration)
- Take meter reading at meter riser
- Clear and tidy up apartments store room
