- Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
- Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims and process payments
- Manage HR and general administrative duties
- Maintain Meticulous employee records and documents.

- Coordinate data across departments to ensure prompt salary disbursal.
- Handle admin works and handling orders, invoices, po, customer related communications etc
- Resolve employee queries regarding HR process and administration
- Facilitate the hiring process and organize seamless onboarding
- Develop internal company documents and materials for employees
- Implement HR policies and collaborate with managers to ensure compliance.

- **Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system**
- **Able to work independently and as a team to support each other**
