We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Associate, Health Pricing and Portfolio Management.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Assist in the technical pricing, data analytics and portfolio management for Group, Individual Health and Shield portfolio
- Support product launches and system implementation. Ownership of pricing tools, with the objective of continuously improving them in terms of technical accuracy and efficiency
- Assist senior stakeholders in designing strategies to achieve business goals through data analytics
- Assist in regular portfolio monitoring updates to senior management. This includes inflation studies, actual vs expected studies for all products, understanding the key profitability/loss drivers and providing recommendations
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Actuarial Studies
- Independent learner with strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated team player who is dynamic and adapts well to changes
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Excel, VBA, SQL, Python
