We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Associate, Health Pricing and Portfolio Management.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
In this role you will
- Support technical pricing for Integrated Shield Plans, Employee Benefits and Individual Health products
- Provide monitoring updates and providing recommendations on profitability trends to senior stakeholders
- Manage and analyse data
- Ownership of the Employee Benefits pricing tool with the objective of continuously improving them in terms of technical accuracy and efficiency
- Support the strategic planning exercise
- Support in system implementation for product launches
RequirementsTo be successful you will need
- A strong sense of initiative, with the ability to learn independently and solve problems analytically
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Experience with data analytics
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, plan, and influence outcomes across functions
- A university graduate in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline
- Experience with Emblem, Excel VBA, SQL and/or Python is a bonus
