**OVERVIEW**:

We are looking for motivated individual to join HR Outreach team to drive the initiatives that position DSTA as an employer of choice offering exciting careers opportunities. The role will require you to:
- Oversee and strategise the framework for DSTA internship programme.
- Plan, implement and provide status report on DSTA internship programme.
- Review processes, improve communication and implement activities to create positive internship experience for students.
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of internship and recruitment activities.
- Engage and build networks with universities to raise awareness of DSTA’s brand among university students.
- Evaluate and manage recruitment focus activities and initiatives.
- Support internship and recruitment day-to-day operations, including clearing mailbox, onboarding, system enhancement

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in working with students from universities would be an advantage
- A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient in presentation skills.
- Well-versed in data analytical tools and is meticulous to details
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 3 ~ 10 years
