
Admin Assistant

Attend to clients request, respond on time
- Process customer transactions such as sales orders, quotation
- Updating data, filing and other sales support administrative duties and complete all required documentations, invoicing
- Coordinate internally to ensure accuracy and meet timeline
- Handle and execute data entry projects
Ad-hoc related duties as assigned in addition to the duties of Co-ordinator, you may be called upon from time to time to assist in other related duties that may be considered necessary in respect of your employment. It is also an expressed condition of your employment that you will act in the best interests of the Company at all times.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 01/03/2025
