We’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a **Hospitality Experience Curator**at **The Coastal Settlement Restaurant**. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the seamless operation of our restaurant, craft impactful marketing strategies, and plan in-house, private and corporate events that elevate our guests' experience. **Key Responsibilities**:
Restaurant Operations
- Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently during all shifts, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to create a positive and productive workplace.
- Monitor inventory and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Marketing and Branding
- Assist to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to drive guest engagement and revenue growth.
- Assist with restaurant’s social media accounts, promotional materials and campaigns, ensuring consistent and visually appealing content.

Event Planning and Execution
- Plan and coordinate special events, private functions, and seasonal promotions.
- Customise offerings to meet client needs, including menu planning and decor.
- Ensure all events run smoothly, leaving guests with lasting, positive impressions.

Customer Experience Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing concerns and collecting feedback to improve service.
- Enhance the ambiance and atmosphere to align with the restaurant’s brand identity.
- Continuously innovate to create memorable and unique dining experiences.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant management, marketing, or events planning (or a combination of these).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling and brand development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and event planning software is a plus.
