Job Title: Lead Experience Curator

The primary objective of the Lead Experience Curator is to oversee and shape the entire member journey from start to finish. This involves being a key liaison between our members, services, and core philosophy.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and mentor a hybrid team responsible for delivering seamless experiences across membership services and frontline support.
  • Act as the main point of contact for in-person membership sales and engagement activities.
  • Guide members in selecting the most suitable membership tier based on their goals, needs, and lifestyle preferences.
