**Peek into Main Duties/Responsibilities**
- Recommends, coordinates and executes entertainment programs for external and internal guests
- Sources for and works with vendors on curated program
- Oversees & manages the operational, financial, promotion and communications of curated programs to all relevant parties
- Prepares & analyses program cost reports

**Qualifications**:
Your Profile
- Outgoing personality
- Has a wide network of potential working partners in probable curated programs
- Possesses at least 3 years of experience in similar job capacity or at least 5 years in entertainment/activities management
- Possesses creative flair
- Experienced in working with local network of vendors/ suppliers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Competency in MS Office software and related business and communication tools
- Takes great initiative and have a can-do attitude
